The Process

01

Conceptualize

Every great project starts out with an idea.
Fill out my commission form with all of the details of your design concept to be entered into my queue list.
Once I receive your order I'll review the project's details, and get back to you within 24~48 hours with a follow up.

02

Project Overview & Quote

Once I've reviewed your project's details, I'll follow up with you and cover any questions or concerns you or I may have about the design.
This step is really about narrowing down your idea to the finer details, and making sure the project is executed with upmost precision, quality, and creativity.

Once we've narrowed down the finer details:
I'll then go ahead and create a proposal for your project.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the proposal to be complete.

03

Quote Approval & Payment

Once I've finished creating a proposal for your design,
I'll provide the project proposal to be reviewed and approved.

The proposal will include all of the details about your design.
Including a price breakdown, and an estimated window of completion for your project, and more.
A project contract will be provided to you to sign, indicating you approve the all of the details we've discussed about your project.

Once you review and approve the proposal for your design, I'll create an invoice for you.
A 50% down deposit is required to start the design.

(You may also opt to fully pay for the entire design upfront, as well.)

04

Design Begins

This is where it all comes together!
Once you've submitted your payment, I'll begin creating your design.
The design process is very in depth, and the window of completion will vary based on the complexity of the design, and the design package you've selected.
(You will always be informed if that window of completion changes.)

During this time, I'll stay in touch with you and keep you updated on the status of your design.
Please be patient as I am one designer, and vehicle wrap design is a very in depth process and requires many steps to bring everything to life.

*DISCLAIMER* Please note: that I do not illustrate or vectorize any characters for any design.
All designs are created using official artwork, or commissioned illustrated art that the client owns.
Thank you for understanding.

05

Design Review

Once the design is complete, I will send you preview images of your design for you to review and approve.
If there are any revisions to be made, this is the step where that will take place!
My mission is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your design.
With that, I understand that sometimes it takes a little bit of extra time to adjust and fine tune the final product.

As the client, you are allowed up to 3 free revisions.
If you use all 3 free revisions, I will charge a revision fee for every extra revision based on the complexity of the extra revision.

For minor changes, such as color changes, text and element placement, alignment, and size, etc. are completely free for you to change.
However, based on my discretion, these smaller changes may require me to charge you a fee based on my schedule.
Making many small changes digs into my workflow, and can disrupt other client's projects.

Thank you for understanding!

06

Design Approval & Final Payment

Once we've finished any revisions, or if there are no revisions to be made, this is where we finalize the project!
Once you've approved the design, this means the project is complete!

This means that beyond this point, there will be no more revisions to be made, and the project is 100% done.
This ensures that the design is finalized and complete.

Now that the design is approved, I will send you the final invoice to deposit the remaining balance to receive your project files.

(If you've already paid for the project in full, you'll receive your project files as soon as design has been approved!)

07

Project Complete

The design is done!
During this step, I'll be finalizing your files and prepping them for print, by paneling out the design for your vehicle.

Once the design is prepped for print, you will receive a .zip for your designs' print files!

Keep in mind these are digital files, and you will need to take them to a wrap shop local to you, as they will handle the print & install!

The .zip file will include a PDF document that will include a brief of the project details, reference images for the installers, and all design print files.
